Laura Moreno was born in Guadalajara, Mexico and moved to Vacaville, CA at the early age of 10.  After graduation she ventured to San Diego, with time spent in New York she finally called San Francisco home.  Her aspirations to be a dancer and love for costumes laid the foundation for Laura’s creativity and inspiration, which is evident in her designs.  With her continued love for the arts Laura expanded her dream into a reality with Laly Designs.  Laly will be utilizing all styles with much inspiration coming from the art of dance, music, painting and photography.  Laura is committed to empowering women through expression and style.
